We LOOOOVE West Bay Dental. Dr. Jones and his staff are the kindest, most patient, caring and hardworking people. They listen, and are extremely passionate about what they do. Mary is so bubbly and sweet…we love the energy she sets the moment you walk through the door. Becca is our go-to hygenist; she is seriously one of the sweetest, most down to Earth people Ive ever met. The atmosphere is so friendly and professional. We recommend them to absolutely everyone!

I would give this office 10 stars if I could. I switched from a different dentist because I felt like I was being judged, at this office was complete opposite. The moment I walked in I felt comfortable. Front desk staff was SO friendly, including my hygienist Rebecca. I brought my daughter along with me and not once did they have an issue with her being there. They were so friendly towards her and made sure she was comfortable the entire time. This office went above and beyond in their care and I’m beyond impressed. I had no idea the amount of work I needed done on my teeth as it has never been brought up in the past at my other dentist. Everything was explained to me and I was told how much I would be paying out of pocket for the work I needed done before I even left the office. Very impressed and SO glad I made the switch to this office!! Can’t say enough good things about them.

I am so blessed and thankful to have been recommended to Dr Jones. I just cannot say enough about him and his staff. I wish I could have found him a long time ago because I know I would not have had to go through all I did. I have always taken pride in taking good care of my straight white teeth. All of a sudden my teeth started falling apart one by one and this is very devastating. In just the last four years I had been to seven dentist only to be sent on to another dentist. Lots of money wasted for procedures that failed. I am told by some my case is too complicated for them. I have had to leave dentist in the middle of restoration because of the poor dental work. I have had dentist assume that I must be a smoker and have neglected my teeth. On my first visit to Dr Jones office I had already prepared myself to be told he couldn't help me. That's how low my confidence level had gotten too. Dr Jones told me I had a complicated case but he would be willing to help me the best he could but it would take time. I was so relieved and felt there was finally hope for me. This was a big stress in my life. I am already so impressed with the work that has been done in only a couple months. Dr Jones is a kind, caring person. He listens to your opinions and wants the best for you. This is definitely going to be a great restoration when completed!   Thank you so much Dr Jones and staff.

I moved Away and still come back to Bay City to come here! Best dentist and team I’ve ever seen. Tracy is the most kind hygienist I’ve ever met. Dr Jones is always amazing, Lorie and Mary at the front are always so sweet and helpful. Everyone is always so great and makes you feel like family. Couldn’t recommend enough, if you’ve ever had a bad experience in the past like myself, this is the place to come.

When you first walk in the door and are greeted by Mary it already starts off an excellent experience. Super friendly, greets you with a smile and a friendly hello. My son is 10 and I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Rebecca was absolutely wonderful with my son and made him feel so comfortable right from the get go. The way she handled my son and how she spoke to him so he understood was incredible, her kindness and comforting nature was a breath of fresh air. Dr.Jones is so, so great with kids and people in general, very professional and down to earth and speaks to you so you understand. Very friendly yet professional. And then Lauri is amazing explaining the costs and future happenings. She explains things in great detail and she makes sure that you do not have any financial surprises when you arrive. All of the staff is beyond wonderful, so nice and I would recommend them to anyone! I cannot tell you how much I appreciated this whole experience!!!

Lets start with the fact that it's never easy to go into a dentist after neglecting my teeth for 5 years, it can be embarrassing and well, painful. The staff and Dentist at West Bay made my visit very easy and they were more than informative about a treatment plan that would get me back on course. They are all very kind and helpful. I write very few reviews, but feel this business deserves a solid 5 star and if I could give them more, I would. You will not be disappointed in this office, top notch staff and you feel like your family when you walk in the door!

Our family LOVES this practice!! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the Doctor is gentle and quick about his drilling (and easy on the eyes!) Both my husband and I have had extensive work done with Dr. Jones and are VERY pleased when it came to our comfort during the procedures and with the ultimate outcomes. From our youngest (5) to the oldest of us, going to the dentist isn’t so bad anymore.
